This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• In the role of Marketing Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for crafting and executing our brand strategy for More Nutrition in Switzerland.
• You will create impactful campaigns, spearhead local marketing efforts, and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, agencies, and local stakeholders will be essential to significantly enhance our footprint in the Swiss market.
• As the Brand Guardian, you will formulate and implement the brand strategy for Switzerland, aligning global guidelines with local consumer insights.
• You will establish the marketing activation calendar and oversee the planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns, which include mass media, influencer marketing, TikTok, and point of sale.
• Your role will also involve shaping the local product assortment based on the demands and opportunities within the Swiss market.
• You will brief and manage agencies to develop brand-compliant, locally relevant materials (in German and French) while ensuring timely campaign execution.
• Monitoring brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign KPIs will be part of your responsibilities to facilitate ongoing optimization.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand experience in the D2C channel and at points of sale.
• 4–6 years of substantial professional experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in the FMCG/consumer goods industry, ideally within Food & Beverage.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or managing one or more brands in Switzerland with revenues of at least CHF 50 million.
• Strong background in operating a D2C business and managing omnichannel campaigns, including mass media, influencer marketing, social media platforms such as TikTok and Meta, as well as point of sale.
• A proactive hands-on approach, excellent project management capabilities, and a genuine passion for cross-functional teamwork.
• A strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset, coupled with a confident proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• Native-level German (Swiss German) and French (both spoken and written), along with a strong command of English for internal communications.
