This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with TEVET’s business objectives, revenue targets, and comprehensive marketing plan.
• Ensure consistency of the TEVET brand across all external communications, digital platforms, social media, marketing materials, and joint activities with supplier partners.
• Organize participation in trade shows, conferences, supplier events, webinars, and other virtual or in-person events, including promotional activities before and follow-ups after events.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to convey TEVET’s unique value proposition and enhance account-based marketing, lead generation, and outbound sales efforts.
• Utilize HubSpot, CRM data, marketing automation tools, and other platforms to segment audiences and deliver pertinent content throughout the customer journey.
• Oversee TEVET’s daily social media presence, including content planning, publishing, engagement, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content such as capability statements, solutions briefs, email campaigns, website content, social media posts, articles, videos, webinars, thought leadership, and other resources.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Sales, Engineering, supplier partners, and internal stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into successful campaigns.
• Utilize analytics and approved AI-driven tools to enhance campaign execution, customer targeting, content creation, and overall marketing productivity.
• Assist the Director of Marketing with initiatives related to TEVET Core, LIBERTY, and the Capitol Theatre of Greeneville.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be acceptable.
• At least 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience is required, preferably in a technical, industrial, technology, distribution, government contracting, or similarly intricate business setting.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, executive leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing external agencies, consultants, vendors, and/or strategic marketing partners.
• Strongly preferred experience with OEM, channel, distribution, or partner marketing.
• In-depth understanding of B2B digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experienced in using marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience in managing field marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Working knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) methodologies and strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, generative AI tools like ChatGPT, social media management platforms, and other contemporary marketing technologies.
• Ability to execute and optimize paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through measurement and optimization.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and leverage insights to enhance campaign performance.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills for both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience managing B2B social media channels and content calendars.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to oversee multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines simultaneously.
• A creative, resourceful, and growth-oriented approach to marketing.
• Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear and compelling marketing messages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work remotely during standard business hours.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%, averaging once per quarter.
• Adequate visual acuity to review materials and data.
• Capability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds and assist with trade show or event setup and teardown.

• Occasional availability outside standard business hours to support business needs, events, deadlines, or company initiatives.
