This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Develop and test advertising creatives, identifying and scaling those that yield the best Cost Per Hire (CPH);
β’ Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, initially collaborating with the User Acquisition Manager, and later independently;
β’ Analyze the performance results, draw conclusions, outline next steps, and present findings to stakeholders;
β’ Conversion Rate Optimization β create and test landing pages to enhance registration conversion in collaboration with designers and the development team;
β’ Initiate new teacher recruitment channels (TikTok) and contribute to building the employer brand for educators.
β’ 2β3+ years of experience in marketing: marketing manager, project/account manager in a performance agency, or a similar role with significant involvement in creatives and paid social;
β’ Experience working on projects with advertising budgets of $20k/month or more;
β’ Ability to create high-performing creatives for Meta and TikTok;
β’ Understanding of key marketing metrics and their interrelationships;
β’ Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization: tested hypotheses on landing pages and can explain why they succeeded or failed;
β’ Familiarity with the workings of Meta, Google, and TikTok, including their optimization logic and creative requirements;
