This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of user and merchant acquisition objectives for Canada β establish targets, create campaigns, and achieve them.
β’ Foster active user growth through lifecycle marketing, re-engagement initiatives, and tailored communications.
β’ Design revenue-driven campaigns aimed at enhancing transaction volume, basket size, and merchant GMV.
β’ Identify and prioritize high-efficiency channels (paid, organic, partner, referral) and optimize expenditures based on CAC and ROI targets.
β’ Utilize AI tools to expedite content creation, campaign ideation, audience segmentation, and large-scale personalization.
β’ Leverage AI-driven insights to detect growth trends, enhance performance, and reveal actionable opportunities more swiftly.
β’ Collaborate with Sezzle retailers on co-marketing strategies to boost joint consumer acquisition and increase merchant revenue.
β’ Establish and maintain data analytics frameworks to monitor, evaluate, and report on acquisition, engagement, and revenue KPIs.
β’ Convert business objectives into customer personas, journeys, and digital experiences that drive conversions.
β’ Create clear documentation, timelines, and status updates to proactively inform stakeholders about progress.
β’ Over 5 years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field, demonstrating a proven ability to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
β’ Strong data analytics capabilities β experience with tools like Redash, Tableau, Looker, or similar to turn data into actionable insights.
β’ Proven accountability for KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and active user metrics.
β’ Successful experience with app marketing channels including push notifications, email marketing, in-app banners, and affiliates.
β’ Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Active Campaign, or Stripo).
β’ A working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and their integration into marketing workflows (content, briefs, targeting).
β’ Ability to work collaboratively across functions as an individual contributor, engaging with all levels of management.
