This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee and enhance marketing calendars and project management tools using Monday.com.
• Strategize and implement organic content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and others.
• Facilitate content production by coordinating with internal creators and external collaborators.
• Craft and refine captions, blog entries, and website content that resonate with the brand's voice.
• Enhance visuals and short-form videos utilizing software like Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
• Interact daily with the brand's audience through comments, posts, and other engagements.
• Address DMs, comments, and mentions with clear and brand-consistent messaging.
• Cultivate relationships with followers, partners, and like-minded brands.
• Oversee daily operations of creator programs, handling schedules, briefs, approvals, and payments.
• Collaborate with agencies on user-generated content (UGC), influencer, and affiliate initiatives.
• Ensure all creative outputs are in line with the brand's voice and standards.
• Manage the relationship with the paid media agency.
• Provide briefs, review creative outputs, and ensure alignment between paid and organic marketing strategies.
• Monitor performance and offer insights on paid social campaigns.
• Maintain and oversee the event calendar, identifying pertinent opportunities.
• Collaborate with event partners and manage execution logistics.
• Develop event briefs that articulate goals, messaging, and content requirements.
• Align content strategies with product launches, campaigns, and overarching brand objectives.
• Analyze performance data to derive insights and refine strategies.
• Stay informed on the latest social and design trends.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or brand management.
• Strong writing abilities for social media, captions, and blog content.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut for content creation.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in managing influencer relationships and affiliate programs.
• A data-driven mindset with the capability to interpret performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A proactive and self-sufficient approach to executing tasks.
• The final compensation will be determined after assessing experience and location.
