This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Implement and oversee comprehensive email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Create, test, schedule, and launch marketing emails, nurture sequences, and automated workflows.
• Handle audience segmentation, personalization, suppression lists, and targeted campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing to enhance engagement and conversion rates of campaigns.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaigns in accordance with brand standards.
• Manage daily HubSpot operations, including workflows, forms, lists, automation, and campaign setup.
• Monitor and resolve platform issues, automation failures, synchronization errors, and delivery challenges.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure CRM/database hygiene across systems.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and other integrated platforms to guarantee smooth marketing operations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance automation efficiency and scalability.
• Create and update campaign performance dashboards and reporting metrics.
• Analyze email marketing KPIs such as deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
• Offer actionable insights and recommendations for optimization based on campaign performance.
• Assist leadership with regular reporting and analysis of marketing performance.
• Work closely with content, creative, digital, analytics, and sales teams to effectively execute campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals, testing, and communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and process improvements.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing operations and managing marketing automation tools.
• 3-5 years of direct experience managing HubSpot, specifically in email marketing and automation.
• Solid experience in developing workflows, nurture journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns.
• Proven capability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in campaign reporting and performance enhancement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust QA/testing abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations, preferably Salesforce.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and marketing operations workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is advantageous.
• Exposure to B2B marketing environments and lead generation programs is preferred.
