This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Design and execute detailed marketing plans for a range of apartment communities, customized for each community's specific target audience.
• Collaborate with regional and property managers to implement marketing strategies and offer comprehensive support to communities that are underperforming.
• Perform market research and analysis to stay informed on current trends and discover opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee marketing budgets at both the corporate and property levels, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Supervise the creation and production of brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Manage relationships with design firms, advertising partners, and other marketing vendors to guarantee high-quality and timely project execution.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Assist in the development and delivery of marketing training programs for property managers and other stakeholders.
• Engage in presentations to potential owners/clients to secure new management agreements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and owners, providing regular updates and seeking feedback on marketing initiatives.
• Carry out other assigned duties as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred qualification).
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in the real estate or property management sector (flexible for the right candidate).
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Capability to sit, stand, walk, and utilize hands for dexterity tasks.
• May be required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Salaried, exempt position.
• Up to 25% travel may be necessary, depending on the locations of assigned properties.
