This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for product launches, including establishing timelines, identifying target audiences that align with the company’s business goals, and focusing on market penetration of Ribbon’s products in the defined application areas as stated in the company strategy.
• Create scientifically accurate and engaging marketing materials such as white papers, blogs, webinars, and videos to effectively connect with technical audiences by collaborating with internal technical teams and product managers.
• Supervise multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and public relations, to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage analytics tools to assess the success of marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments to enhance strategies.
• Employ digital tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to effectively promote products and engage with target audiences.
• Organize events, manage the events calendar, and ensure the representation of products and services at trade shows, conferences, and scientific symposia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within biotechnology, life sciences, or a related technical sector.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Capacity to create engaging scientific and technical marketing content tailored for various audiences.
• Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, events, and public relations.
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in utilizing marketing metrics and data to enhance performance and report outcomes.
• Experience working collaboratively across functions with Product Management, Sales, and Technical teams to create product messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Outstanding project management, communication, and organizational abilities, with a knack for managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional English communication skills are required; native-level proficiency is preferred.
