This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Implement Portwest’s marketing strategy and plans for the Polish market, converting them into cohesive, well-executed campaigns, while also providing support to other markets in the region as necessary.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the market's competitive landscape, identifying key competitors and the most efficient channels for brand development and revenue enhancement with both new and existing customers.
• Paid Media – strategize, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms, managing budget allocation and reporting on ROI/ROAS to promote brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth in the Polish market, and occasionally in other Central & Eastern European markets.
• Email Marketing – design, create, and execute email marketing initiatives aimed at nurturing and converting both new and existing customers.
• Social Media – implement social media marketing strategies that bolster brand recognition and engagement within the market.
• Sponsorship – oversee sponsorship initiatives to maximize brand visibility and return on investment within the market.
• Distributor Co-Marketing – strategize and execute co-marketing efforts with distributors to broaden reach and stimulate demand.
• Trade Shows & Experiential – execute trade show activations and experiential marketing efforts that highlight the brand and generate leads.
• Events Support – assist with attendance and post-event activities for webinars, training sessions, and trade show participants, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.
• KPI Reporting & Insight – provide KPI reporting and actionable insights, aiding in the shaping of commercial focus and ongoing optimization of marketing initiatives in collaboration with the market commercial team.
• Collaborate closely with the market commercial team and the HQ marketing team to ensure marketing efforts align with commercial objectives, revenue goals, and global brand strategy.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and other external service providers to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Guarantee that all campaign activities adhere to brand guidelines and are on-brand.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the department's and company's goals.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the workwear, safety wear, PPE, industrial, or broader B2B manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns (paid social, paid search/Google Ads, programmatic), including budget oversight and performance enhancement.
• Extensive experience across the marketing spectrum, including email marketing, social media, sponsorship, and trade shows, is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with KPI reporting and translate data into actionable insights.
• Confident in collaborating with commercial/sales teams, agencies, and other external service providers.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fully remote, market-facing role, with a willingness to travel within Poland to engage with the local team, occasionally visiting other regional markets, and periodically traveling to Portwest HQ in Ireland.
