This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support digital marketing initiatives by transforming long-form content (such as blogs, webinars, and reports) into concise assets.
• Modify content for social media posts, landing page segments, and campaign visuals using established design templates.
• Work closely with the VP of Marketing on the planning and execution of campaigns.
• Manage organic social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, BlueSky).
• Develop and schedule posts that align with product updates, content launches, events, and community engagement.
• Ensure a consistent, developer-oriented voice that aligns with pganalyze’s branding.
• Oversee daily marketing operations within HubSpot.
• Import and manage new contacts from events, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Keep a clean and accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
• Identify and direct high-intent (“hot”) leads to the sales team.
• Assist in attribution and campaign tracking in collaboration with the VP of Marketing.
• Aid the sales team in creating and maintaining one-pagers, slides, and other supporting materials.
• Ensure sales materials are up-to-date with product launches and messaging changes.
• Facilitate feedback loops between sales and marketing teams.
• Manage operational setups for webinars and virtual events.
• Create and oversee registration pages.
• Handle reminders, follow-ups, and delivery of assets post-event.
• Take charge of pganalyze’s event program, which includes conferences, meetups, and sponsored events.
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, vendor management, shipping, and booth setup.
• Organize internal booth staffing and schedules.
• Support on-site execution, including travel approximately 5 times per year.
• Proven experience in marketing developer tools or infrastructure software.
• Availability that overlaps with US Pacific Time for team collaboration.
• Strong project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
• Proficient in creating and writing content aimed at technical audiences (software engineers, DBAs, data teams).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for marketing and the discernment to know when not to depend on them.
• Knowledge of CLI tools and the capability to use Claude Code to iterate and deploy changes to the marketing website.
• Excellent written communication skills.

• Experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
• Background in working with open-source communities.
• Previous experience in managing conference booths or field marketing programs.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, databases, or cloud infrastructure (not mandatory, but advantageous).
• Emphasis on a remote-first culture with a 4-day work week built on flexibility and trust.
• A small, experienced team that values high ownership and minimal bureaucracy.
