This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of and implement POMS’ comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Foster pipeline growth and assist in customer expansion initiatives.
• Create and manage account-based marketing (ABM) and email campaigns.
• Organize POMS’ participation at industry conferences.
• Oversee and enhance the POMS website along with its SEO strategy.
• Implement POMS’ social media strategy effectively.
• Create and maintain sales and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute a monthly series of customer webinars.
• Lead and coordinate POMS CON.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on expansion campaigns.
• Develop and refine key messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and conversion metrics.
• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns directly, rather than merely managing agencies or vendors.
• Familiarity with ABM, email marketing, and digital demand generation.
• Strong collaborative skills with Sales and Product teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking pipeline, attribution, and campaign performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• High sense of ownership and comfort working independently in a lean environment.
• Experience in marketing manufacturing, MES, ERP, or industrial software is preferred.
