Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Responsible for designing and enhancing a marketing strategy that aligns with Pathmonk’s overall business objectives.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of Pathmonk’s target audience, which includes buyer personas, primary use cases, and customer requirements.

• Refine Pathmonk’s brand positioning and messaging.

• Create captivating and high-quality marketing materials across various mediums (videos, presentations, slides, etc.) and channels (web content, webinars, events, sales presentations, etc.).

• Establish experiences and content that cater to the needs of visitors throughout all stages of the buying journey, addressing content gaps through collaboration with content creators.

• Take responsibility for marketing KPIs related to awareness, acquisition, engagement, and pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS technology firm.

• Proven success with a contemporary marketing mix; developed brand narratives, produced thought leadership content, and analyzed marketing data.

• Strong business insight and the capability to implement marketing strategies aimed at establishing market presence, boosting demand, and driving revenue growth.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including B2B sales personnel and designers, to produce visual assets that comply with brand standards.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

• Previous experience in a startup setting is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with complex SaaS product solutions.

• Understanding of SaaS business models and essential metrics.
