This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of planning and executing OHO’s daily marketing initiatives across various channels.

• Convert overarching marketing and growth objectives into specific, actionable campaigns, content strategies, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement marketing campaigns, produce sales enablement materials, and assist in lead generation activities.

• Oversee and enhance marketing efforts utilizing HubSpot, including campaign setup, email marketing, forms, signups, and list management.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance through HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools; leverage insights for ongoing campaign improvement.

• Create, write, and manage the production of marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, email campaigns (outbound, newsletters, event promotions, etc.), and thought leadership articles that embody OHO’s voice and expertise, suitable for use across the website, proposals, LinkedIn, and presentations.

• Establish and uphold a regular content publishing schedule (for web, email, and LinkedIn), managing an editorial calendar and ensuring the timely delivery of essential marketing materials.

• Identify and facilitate speaking and presenting opportunities, including conference submissions, speaking engagements, podcasts, and public relations activities.

• Ensure consistent messaging and coherence across all marketing initiatives.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and marketing execution.

• Coordinate all activities related to conferences, acting as the primary point of contact.

• Plan and oversee conference logistics, including material preparation, inventory management, shipping, and team coordination.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B or agency settings.

• Excellent writing and editing abilities (a writing sample will be needed).

• Proficient in using HubSpot for marketing purposes (or a similar marketing automation platform).

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing performance assessment.

• Highly organized with robust project management capabilities.

• Ability to manage diverse priorities and work independently.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in sales.

• Experience in editing website content using Drupal CMS (or a similar platform).

• Previous experience in marketing to or working within higher education institutions is preferred.
