This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily creative and content production of the Newfire marketing team, evaluating AI-generated materials and ensuring all outputs adhere to brand standards prior to distribution.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to design campaigns that generate qualified leads, support nurture programs, and convert interest into sales discussions.
• Propel the thought leadership pipeline by pinpointing timely industry topics, facilitating interviews with subject matter experts, and steering the creation of high-value content assets.
• Take ownership of Newfire's social media strategy and execution, crafting platform-specific content plans that enhance audience engagement and reinforce brand positioning.
• Serve as the liaison within the marketing team, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment of priorities.
• Act as a crucial editorial checkpoint for campaign assets, assessing content for tone, brand voice, accuracy, and audience relevance before final approval.
• Monitor content and campaign engagement metrics, providing insights to the Sr. Director of Marketing and suggesting adjustments to enhance performance over time.
• 4-6 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership, senior, or supervisory role.
• Proven history of executing campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline results.
• Demonstrated experience in managing content production workflows and overseeing creative outputs across multiple campaigns linked to booking goals.
• Strong content instincts with the ability to review and enhance AI-generated copy, social media assets, and multimedia content for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Practical experience with social media strategy, encompassing platform-specific content planning, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with thought leadership development, including the identification of trending topics, coordination with subject matter experts, and guiding long-form content from concept to publication, with clear visibility on how those assets generate demand.
• Comfort working alongside sales, understanding the buyer's journey, and creating content and campaigns that support prospects from initial contact through to closing business.
• Proficiency with funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, etc.) and the ability to utilize these metrics to prioritize resources.
• Strong project management abilities with the capability to manage timelines and maintain proactive communication across teams.
• A collaborative communicator who can effectively bridge the gap between creative and digital initiatives without losing momentum.

• Experience in marketing within the healthcare, health tech, or enterprise software sectors.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise buyers.
• Experience in supporting sales enablement efforts.
