This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the B2C journey from the initial employee touchpoint to their transition into an active member.
• Expertly manage and execute email campaigns aimed at engaging public sector employees.
• Develop new channels and campaigns, using innovative approaches to connect with members.
• Become the go-to product expert, providing education to customers and delivering insights back to the business.
• Create and write email campaigns on a variety of topics each week.
• Experiment with new channels and collaborate across teams on campaign initiatives.
• Strategize and plan in-person activations aimed at attracting future customers.
• Present B2C campaign metrics to senior leadership and clarify any changes made.
• Proven experience in managing and executing campaigns from start to finish.
• Exceptional writing abilities for developing engaging and persuasive messaging.
• A keen design sense and instinct for delivering high-quality messaging and customer experiences.
• Versatile skills across the entire marketing spectrum (copywriting, creative, CRM, data analysis, channel experimentation).
• A builder mentality with a passion for creating new initiatives from the ground up.
• Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced settings.
• Independent and capable of juggling multiple campaigns and stakeholders autonomously.
• Collaborative, with the ability to influence cross-departmental efforts without direct authority.
• Proficient in numerical analysis with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Experience in the fintech or financial services sector is a plus.
