This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Generate hypotheses and concepts for growth experiments based on data, insights, and outcomes from prior tests
• Manage creative assets by briefing designers, effectively communicating ideas, and ensuring high-quality execution
• Develop innovative funnels, strategies, and creative concepts that complement the advertising materials
• Conduct A/B testing: from hypothesis development to result evaluation and decision-making
• Analyze user behavior to uncover opportunities for enhancing key performance metrics
• Carry out user interviews to gain a deeper insight into user motivations and obstacles
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance, digital, or product marketing, or roles focused on growth
• Basic knowledge of product and marketing analytics (CTR, CTA, ROAS, CR, retention, etc.)
• Foundational understanding of analytical tools (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar)
• Autonomy: ability to independently initiate projects, coordinate tasks, and advance processes
• Results-driven mindset: capability to clearly define hypotheses, assess their impact, and scale successful outcomes
