This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and product roadmaps, focusing on a portfolio that connects crypto and AI-driven financial services.
• Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and product lines aimed at increasing adoption and engagement, including entirely new market categories.
• Create user segments informed by data insights and devise strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation, utilizing AI tools to enhance personalization and large-scale targeting.
• Establish and manage a marketing calendar that includes product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing lifecycle flows.
• Oversee email and lifecycle marketing, from execution and automation setup to creative development, deliverability, and ongoing refinement.
• Work closely with stakeholders in Product, Sales, and Partnerships to design campaigns that fulfill business objectives and maximize impact.
• Evaluate performance across various channels, present insights, and suggest actionable steps based on data, demonstrating comfort with AI-driven analytics and attribution tools.
• Monitor competitor positioning and market trends, particularly in the realms of AI and crypto payments, to enhance messaging and uncover new opportunities.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in crypto, fintech, or AI-focused companies.
• Proven GTM experience expanding consumer products into new regions or languages.
• Track record of successfully building and scaling lifecycle programs, particularly in email and in-product messaging.
• Demonstrated capability in executing GTM strategies and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in collaborating with product and data teams to extract insights.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI-driven analytics) as an integral part of your daily work, not merely theoretical knowledge.
• A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and a genuine curiosity about the intersection of AI and payments.
• Nice to Have: Experience in marketing AI-driven products.
• Experience within the US market.
• Knowledge of social media platforms relevant to Web3, such as Telegram, X, Discord, etc.
