This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement marketing and communication strategies that enhance the visibility of KRI's research, programs, and public health initiatives.
• Develop and manage marketing materials such as webpages, brochures, one-pagers, digital content, campaign materials, and educational resources.
• Compose and refine press releases, campaign content, partner communications, and other external documents.
• Oversee website content, social media, and various digital communication channels.
• Handle multiple marketing projects, coordinating timelines, campaigns, and communications across various audiences and initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all communications and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and utilize analytics to guide future marketing strategies.
• Partner with project managers, leadership, community stakeholders, and vendors to enhance program communications.
• Keep organized records of project documentation and communication workflows.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, ideally within public health, healthcare, nonprofit sectors, research, or another regulated industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
• Experience in creating marketing assets and managing digital platforms, including websites and social media channels.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, InDesign, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• A keen interest in behavioral health and a willingness to learn about gambling, gaming, and related public health matters.
