This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Primary emphasis on generating leads and tracking performance against set targets.
• Implementing effective lead generation campaigns to achieve the annual sales objectives.
• Accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Formulating strategies and tactics to enhance lead acquisition and customer engagement/retention.
• Creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, managing the entire process from concept to implementation.
• Testing and evaluating a range of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, public relations, social media, lead generation initiatives, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and exploration of new lead generation methods.
• Overseeing daily activities of marketing team members and providing support for the campaigns they are executing.
• Assisting with integrated campaigns and communication efforts.
• Monitoring performance: capability to track and assess project progress against the established plan.
• Experience in B2B marketing.
• A proactive and positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proven creative skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Competence in multitasking and problem-solving.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of integrated marketing operations.
• Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM software.
• Exceptional team player, demonstrating a strong ability to influence and build robust internal and external working relationships.
