This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies that align with changing priorities.
• Oversee marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation to maintain visibility and accountability.
• Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners to coordinate work.
• Manage the launch, updates, and execution follow-through of campaigns.
• Assist with daily marketing operations and project management across various initiatives.
• Design and execute lifecycle campaigns through email and SMS, focusing on key phases of the customer journey from onboarding to engagement and retention.
• Create, manage, and refine core lifecycle flows.
• Collaborate with leadership to synchronize lifecycle initiatives with business objectives.
• Plan and oversee creative production for paid advertising channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Develop creative briefs, messaging strategies, and testing methodologies.
• Manage asset creation, feedback, and revisions with designers and external partners.
• Ensure that paid creative and messaging align with landing pages, onboarding processes, and lifecycle experiences.
• Coordinate and manage website updates and landing page projects.
• Work alongside designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure landing pages meet campaign goals, messaging, and conversion targets.
• Support continuous optimization and testing efforts to enhance performance.
• Plan, create, and distribute educational content across various marketing channels.
• Ensure educational content contributes to conversion, onboarding, and retention objectives.
• Oversee social media planning and execution across key platforms.
• Create content calendars and manage posting and engagement activities.
• Ensure social media content aligns with brand, educational, and growth goals.
• 3–7 years of practical marketing experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments, with direct responsibility for campaign execution.
• Experience managing one or more of the following areas: content production, social media, paid social, lifecycle marketing (LCM), conversion rate optimization (CRO), or similar marketing functions.
• Familiarity with performance marketing creative testing and iteration.
• Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns from start to finish across multiple channels with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience coordinating creative, content, lifecycle, and/or web projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable utilizing performance data to prioritize tasks and implement improvements.
• Demonstrated capability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with leadership and external partners.

• Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer brands.
• Familiarity with email/SMS platforms and social media scheduling tools.
