This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Arena Product team to establish growth objectives and iterate quickly.
• Design and implement multiple experiments across 3-5 channels within the first 6 months, focusing on successful tests.
• Explore a range of tools and platforms that you believe will yield the most significant results, with the autonomy to define the marketing stack.
• Monitor and analyze participant acquisition and engagement metrics, pinpoint the leading traffic sources, and optimize these efforts to boost registrations and daily active users; report on this performance at both the challenge and platform levels.
• Take ownership of and enhance the existing Arena marketing partnerships while discovering opportunities to track, report, and present ROI on partnership impacts.
• Lead announcements for Arena Challenge and ongoing promotional campaigns while keeping primary growth KPIs in focus.
• Develop a distinctive consumer brand voice that aligns with Arena and complements the B2B persona.
• Carry the consumer brand voice into our community on Discord, encouraging continuous engagement through conversations, activations, and programming that keep users returning for new challenges.
• Convert community insights and discussions into engaging marketing content that resonates with user interests, enhances brand credibility, and drives deeper participation.
• Elevate the impact of community contributions by highlighting how user participation influences and fortifies AI security research.
• Manage per-challenge budgets in accordance with challenge type, performance goals, and lab partnership interactions to ensure effective resource allocation for maximizing participation and outcomes.
• Research, plan, and execute in-person hackathons and events aimed at expanding the user base, deepening brand engagement, and attracting top-tier specialists in the field.
• Assist Gray Swan in making AI safe for everyone.
• Demonstrated success in executing effective B2C marketing campaigns.
• Ability to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns and see them through to fruition.
• Experience in managing influencer and affiliate marketing programs for specialized content creation.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Adaptability and curiosity necessary to remain effective in the rapidly evolving landscape of online marketing.
