This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design and implement marketing strategies that attract qualified leads and align with the firm's growth goals.
• Organize and manage campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and consistently seek areas for enhancement.
• Oversee campaign priorities, schedules, and marketing timelines.
• Direct and enhance paid advertising initiatives on Meta and Google Ads.
• Track budgets, campaign outcomes, and lead generation statistics.
• Assess results and suggest enhancements to optimize marketing efficiency and return on investment.
• Ensure campaigns are accurately launched and in line with business objectives.
• Implement email marketing initiatives that foster lead nurturing and client interaction.
• Keep CRM data organized to enhance communication and marketing efficiency.
• Assist with marketing automation efforts that enrich the client experience.
• Boost engagement through targeted communication approaches.
• Supervise the creation of marketing content for digital campaigns, websites, email communications, and social media platforms.
• Craft clear and persuasive marketing copy that reflects the firm’s brand and business goals.
• Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and messaging.
• Support initiatives that enhance the firm’s online visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with external marketing vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Monitor marketing success and compile reports with actionable insights.
• Track essential marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Propose process enhancements that boost operational efficiency and marketing outcomes.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in Marketing or Marketing Management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, beyond just content creation or social media management.
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Practical knowledge of paid advertising on Meta and/or Google Ads.
• Familiarity with email marketing, CRM management, and lead nurturing processes.
• Strong grasp of lead generation, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition techniques.
• Experience in coordinating and managing external marketing vendors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
