This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Strategize, produce, and oversee the entire lifecycle of events and webinars in North America — from concept and speaker/content coordination to promotion, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up/reporting.
• Develop and nurture relationships with industry associations, user groups, analysts, and partner organizations that are pertinent to SAP-driven finance and procurement audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the BDR and Sales teams to ensure local marketing initiatives create measurable pipelines, qualified meetings, and revenue opportunities.
• Establish direct connections with customers and lead the development of case studies and reference stories that bolster sales and enhance brand credibility.
• Manage lead capture, routing, and follow-up processes in HubSpot for all North America events and campaigns, ensuring a seamless transition to the BDR/sales team.
• Shape and oversee the regional marketing budget to maximize effectiveness, co-owning the overall marketing strategy for North America.
• Serve as the liaison between global marketing HQ and North America execution, aligning regional plans with central priorities and vice versa.
• Adapt central messaging, campaigns, and content into initiatives that resonate with the North America market and its specific audiences.
• Handle logistics as part of the planning process.
• Experience collaborating closely with software sales teams, demonstrating a strong grasp of pipeline generation, lead conversion, and sales enablement.
• Demonstrated experience in organizing B2B events and webinars from start to finish (not merely supporting them).
• Proficient knowledge of HubSpot for lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
• Experience fostering relationships with industry communities, associations, or external partner/stakeholder networks.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and translate those relationships into case studies and proof points.
• Comfortable acting as a bridge between global and local teams, translating central strategy into regional actions.
• Possess a growth mindset: adaptable in a scaling organization, willing to establish processes where they are currently lacking.
• Hands-on approach: equally adept at strategizing and performing practical tasks such as preparing swag bags.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including biannual HQ visits and team events at the Boston office.
• Dynamic, expanding international team.
• Biannual HQ visits in Europe.
• Competitive compensation.
• Genuine ownership: you influence how North America event and field marketing is conducted, encompassing budget and strategy, rather than merely executing a predefined playbook.
• Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Short- and Long-Term Disability coverage.
• 401(k) with employer matching.
• Unlimited Paid Time Off within reasonable limits.
• Dog-friendly office environment.
