Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and enhance Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

• Oversee campaign organization, audience targeting, creative experimentation, budget distribution, and bidding strategies.

• Track and refine key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.

• Quickly pinpoint performance issues and consistently enhance campaign profitability and scalability.

• Create and manage email marketing initiatives, which include: Automated flows, broadcast campaigns, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.

• Utilize platforms including: Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, and GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Design and modify visual materials for: Paid advertisements, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

• Compose ad copy, email content, and marketing messages.

• Deliver weekly reports featuring clear performance insights and actionable recommendations.

• Examine campaign data and identify prospects for scaling and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of direct experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Demonstrated experience in personally overseeing profitable advertising expenditures exceeding $100K+ USD monthly.

• Experience managing paid media for several brands concurrently.

• Strong technical knowledge of: Campaign scaling, audience strategy, budget optimization, and performance analysis.

• Hands-on experience with: Klaviyo, Omnisend, GoHighLevel (GHL), and other similar email marketing platforms.

• Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 preferred).

• Capability to craft high-converting ad copy and marketing content.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic remote environment.
