This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategize and create content for various agency brands, encompassing social media, blogs, lead magnets, and regulatory updates.
• Ensure brand consistency through the use of shared templates, systems, and processes.
• Tailor content to local markets while maintaining scalability and efficiency.
• Assist in visual production utilizing Figma and Canva.
• Oversee the monthly landlord newsletters, regulatory updates, and platform announcements.
• Develop and manage Mailchimp campaigns, including audience segmentation and nurture journeys.
• Coordinate communications directed at tenants throughout the portfolio.
• Handle website content updates and assist with template rollouts in collaboration with design and development teams.
• Contribute to SEO-driven content initiatives and on-page optimization.
• Create and maintain lead capture pages.
• Utilize Zapier and AI tools to enhance content production and streamline operational workflows.
• Organize asset libraries, templates, and internal documentation effectively.
• Monitor and report on campaign and email performance metrics.
• Support paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn in collaboration with internal stakeholders or external agencies.
• Aid in audience targeting, creative production, and nurture flows.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) — comfortable engaging with British stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or operational support roles within fast-paced environments (experience in startups is advantageous).
• Strong copywriting abilities with a knack for producing clear, on-brand content efficiently.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple workstreams and rapidly changing priorities with sound judgment and execution.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; adept at operating effectively with incomplete information and advancing work independently.
• Practical experience with Mailchimp, Figma, Zapier, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and boost efficiency.
• Experience managing multiple brands, clients, or product lines concurrently.
• Process-oriented, adaptable, and self-sufficient.
• Must have significant overlap with UK working hours (minimum 4–6 hours per day).
• Preferred: Background in property, prop-tech, or estate agency.
• Familiarity with SEO and CMS platforms.
• Experience with Meta Ads or paid social campaigns.
