• Actively participate in campaign deliverables to ensure top-notch execution without excessive reliance on delegation.

• Proven track record in marketing DeFi protocols or Web3 projects, with quantifiable achievements in user acquisition and retention.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the crypto market, DeFi, and blockchain technology.

• A proactive attitude with a readiness to engage directly in campaign execution using various tools.

• Demonstrated ability to grow and nurture communities within the Web3 and crypto sectors.

• Strong connections and experience collaborating with KOLs, Web3 projects, DAOs, and other stakeholders in the ecosystem.
