This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Campaign execution: Strategize, initiate, and enhance integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's growth objectives, from the initial concept to performance evaluation.
• Content creation: Produce blog posts, articles, email campaigns, social media content, and lead magnets that attract organic traffic and establish CRAFTSMAN+ as a leader in ad tech and creative technology.
• Sales enablement: Create case studies, one-pagers, pitch materials, and campaign resources that assist in closing deals and generating new leads.
• Email marketing: Design and oversee nurture sequences from start to finish — crafting the copy, segmenting audiences, scheduling distributions, and analyzing outcomes.
• Website & SEO: Oversee and manage the company website — refreshing content, enhancing SEO, and ensuring that everything remains current and on-brand.
• Performance & analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Discover insights, identify opportunities, and suggest areas to amplify or reduce focus on.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or a related digital ecosystem.
• Practical experience in content creation and campaign execution: this isn't your first rodeo!
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms: analytics, email marketing, social scheduling, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce).
• A data-driven mindset — you comprehend the connection between marketing performance and revenue and can discuss metrics with assurance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change and resources are limited.
• Demonstrated experience in technology and/or SaaS companies, with a solid understanding of how marketing drives product-led or sales-driven growth.
• Experience in defining and shaping marketing strategy and brand positioning, beyond just executing campaigns — you can weave messaging, audience, and market insights into a unified narrative.
