This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Partner retention marketing: Scale and implement our engagement strategy across all district partners.
• Monthly newsletters: Take ownership of writing, production, and performance assessment for monthly partner newsletters.
• Enterprise district activation: Create and document a replicable launch strategy for enterprise districts.
• Proof of impact: Maintain a comprehensive content library that includes case studies, impact stories, and press releases.
• Partner success operations: Organize and support district events, individual success requests, and oversee the Family Webinar Series from start to finish.
• Conference support: Assist in conference logistics, campaign coordination, and creation of localized content.
• Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to align on district needs, support CSM-led initiatives, and ensure marketing and success are aligned.
• 4–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, edtech, healthtech, or a mission-focused company serving multiple buying groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage communications for diverse audiences: you know how to tailor messages for a school counselor, a family, and a district administrator, recognizing the nuances in each.
• Strong project management skills: you can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, know when to escalate issues, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Experience in creating and executing lifecycle or retention marketing programs, not just isolated campaigns.
• Proficient with marketing operations tools (HubSpot experience is a plus) and performance tracking.
• A focus on documentation, reporting, and systems: you develop resources that simplify processes for others.
• Capable of managing projects from inception to completion, including writing, production, and launch.
• Preferred: Experience in marketing to K-12 school districts or working within an organization related to education.
• Familiarity with CSM or customer success workflows.
• Experience with Asana, Salesforce, Figma, and Claude.
• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000.
