This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Formulate and Implement Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that foster the growth of the Career Team within US workforce development sectors, concentrating on state and local government, workforce boards, and social service organizations.

• Perform market research and competitor assessments to guide campaign development.

• Oversee and refresh the Career Team website, ensuring that content remains relevant, on-brand, and aligned with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.

• Campaign Oversight

• Plan, initiate, and enhance digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and content distribution channels.

• Create copy and captions for social media updates, promotional materials, and various campaign elements, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

• Manage public relations initiatives, local events, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand awareness.

• Collaborate with creative agencies, freelancers, and media partners.

• Write press releases and work with leadership on their review, approval, and distribution.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing strategies are in harmony with business objectives.

• Simplify complex workforce development concepts into clear and engaging messaging for government and nonprofit stakeholders.

• Address individual marketing requests from stakeholders, including promotional materials such as flyers and presentations.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor results, and report marketing outcomes to leadership.

• Offer actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.

• Event Management

• Oversee all logistics for 25–30 conferences annually across Workforce Services and Career Edge, including events like NAWDP, NAWB, CWA, CECU, and NASWA.

• Manage conference registrations, booth and sponsorship acquisitions, and travel arrangements for team members without company credit cards.

• Organize pre-conference planning sessions to coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure all materials, assignments, and logistics are well-prepared.

• Take charge of the national webinar schedule, proposing topics that align with the overall marketing strategy and connect with upcoming conferences and industry events.

• Handle all aspects of webinar logistics: gather speaker bios and photos, set up and configure Zoom Webinar events, and manage registration processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant discipline.

• Over 4 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in campaign management and brand development.

• Proficient in digital marketing techniques (LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics tools).

• Skilled in design and presentation software, including Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication abilities; capable of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to work US business hours from the Philippines; experience supporting US-based clients or organizations is an advantage.
