This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Strategically plan and implement B2B growth marketing initiatives, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), aimed at generating leads, establishing a qualified SQL pipeline, and enhancing conversion rates.
• Coach and manage team performance (KPIs, improvement strategies), oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and maintain an organized marketing backlog.
• Develop and expand performance marketing strategies (SEO, content marketing, paid advertising), translate technological advancements into a comprehensive marketing roadmap, ensure consistent messaging, and coordinate brand visibility efforts, including the management of international event promotions.
• Collaborate with a development agency to manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, optimized for SEO, and utilizing analytics to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
• Generate reports for management and the supervisory board. Analyze website and lead generation outcomes to draw insights and plan future actions.
• Build and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the Sales and Delivery teams, ensuring alignment on lead quality, messaging, and overarching business objectives.
• Over 6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong project management skills: Proven expertise in planning, scheduling, executing, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability.
• Experience in effectively leading stakeholders.
• B2B & Growth Focus: Demonstrated emphasis on growth initiatives, ABM, outbound marketing, and lead generation.
• Business Outcomes Mindset: Commitment to measurable business results and effective sales support.
• Technical Expertise: Practical experience in B2B digital marketing (content, demand generation, channels), a successful ABM background, HubSpot proficiency, LinkedIn Ads experience, and working knowledge of SEO.
• Data-Driven: Extremely analytical, skilled in funnel analysis, capable of drawing insights, and leveraging data for strategic planning.
• Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of market dynamics/technology and the latest marketing trends (experience with Open Source is a plus).
• Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging B2B marketing trends and technologies.
• Proficient in English (C1/C2 level) and excellent command of Polish.
• Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to maintain strategic focus and performance amidst organizational changes, fast-paced project demands, and shifting market conditions.
• Proficiency in utilizing modern AI tools and integrating them into the team’s daily operations.
