Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for CIS marketing, encompassing everything from business strategy to daily hands-on marketing execution.

• Create and implement innovative marketing initiatives that align with local culture and resonate with users.

• Secure and independently manage sponsorship projects.

• Design and carry out user growth campaigns focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention.

• Foster and enhance engagement within the community and among affiliates.

• Implement a series of web2 partnerships and collaborations.

• Organize and oversee both offline and online events, including meetups, roadshows, and collaborations.

• Oversee local marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.

• Provide timely and transparent reporting on campaign performance with clear accountability.

• Work collaboratively across functions with global and product marketing teams to tailor campaigns for local markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in Web3, fintech, or an agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in Brand Partnerships, Growth/Affiliate Marketing, or Business Development Communications.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Comfortable taking full ownership of execution while operating with a sense of accountability.

• Residing in the CIS region with an extensive network in marketing and partnerships.

• Previous experience in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Russian is essential for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
