This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, edit, and publish blog and pillar content aligned with the SEO cluster strategy.
• Manage the publishing calendar by prioritizing and delivering the most impactful pieces first, ensuring consistent content flow.
• Write in Bellwood's brand voice, characterized by caring, commitment, and curiosity, across all content.
• Design supporting graphics for blog articles, social media distribution, and paid advertising using tools like Canva or Adobe Express, while ensuring brand consistency in color, typography, and layout.
• Take ownership of technical and on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, H1 structure, schema markup, sitemap coverage, and internal linking.
• Make modifications in WordPress, which includes creating landing pages, updating copy, adjusting CTAs, and editing design elements, following a staging and review process prior to going live.
• Develop and enhance key conversion pages, such as the project-start page and the diagnostic-audit landing page.
• Oversee business listings and local/GEO presence to enhance discoverability.
• Track organic performance and continuously optimize pages for search and conversion purposes.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and others within the allocated budget.
• Design, launch, and optimize campaigns aimed at Bellwood's ideal customer profiles.
• Monitor and report cost-per-click and cost-per-qualified-lead by channel, reallocating budget towards high-performing areas.
• Collaborate with the Head of Revenue for quarterly budget adjustments based on lead economics.
• Maintain reporting on marketing performance metrics.
• Present results in revenue terms, including qualified leads generated and influenced pipeline.
• Regularly identify and communicate what strategies are effective and which are not.
• Ensure marketing activities are integrated with the CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to maintain a clean lead flow.
• Assist in logistics and follow-up for conference and event presence, including lead capture.
• Implement brand-awareness initiatives at local events and on LinkedIn.
• Ensure Bellwood's external presence is consistent, professional, and aligned with messaging.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing execution, preferably within a technology or software-services context.
• Performance-marketing focus: your work is measured by leads generated, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
• Versatile generalist: hands-on experience in content, SEO, paid media, and web execution.
• Practical SEO skills: you are capable of executing technical and on-page SEO or provide informed direction.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, WordPress, and other marketing technologies; able to manage them independently from a marketing operations standpoint.
• Comfortable with making and managing changes on WordPress.
