Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Spearhead the visual and brand representation of Gbbis through both digital and print mediums.

• Design web graphics, presentations, infographics, social media visuals, and sales materials.

• Ensure that marketing materials align with brand standards.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create campaigns that effectively communicate Gbbis’ solutions.

• Oversee design projects from inception to completion.

• Create marketing materials while providing creative direction.

• Liaise with external vendors or freelancers as necessary.

• Track performance metrics.

• Execute communication and email campaigns.

• Build a database of targeted prospects.

• Contribute to the evolution of the brand.

• Assist with the launch of new products.

• Uphold high standards of design quality and usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong skills in branding and marketing.

• Proven experience in driving multichannel lead-generation campaigns, including email marketing.

• Expertise in graphic design and production using Adobe Creative Cloud or other industry-standard tools.

• Strong project management abilities, including organization of workflows, management of timelines, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in creating marketing materials for B2B or technology-centric organizations, preferably in data, GIS, or software sectors.

• Capability to convert complex concepts into clear, visually appealing designs and campaigns.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and rationalize design choices to diverse audiences.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, demonstrating strong time management and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
