This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Gather and sustain marketing performance data across various channels, markets, and time frames, including month-to-date (MTD), weekly, monthly, and historical analysis.
• Monitor essential metrics such as expenditure, revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), installations, signups, transactions, conversion rates, and other growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain regional tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting files to facilitate easy monitoring and actionable insights on performance.
• Assist in identifying performance trends, gaps, opportunities, and obstacles across different markets and channels.
• Contribute to monthly business reviews, leadership updates, planning documents, and performance presentations with clear, precise, and well-organized information.
• Aid in the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives throughout Arabia & Africa.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Growth, Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, Influencer, PR, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Help oversee campaign timelines, asset requirements, launch dependencies, approvals, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign preparedness before launch and proactively address blockers, missing inputs, or delayed deliverables.
• Assist in post-campaign analysis and document insights for future projects.
• Help manage operational and administrative tasks related to regional marketing activities.
• Support the processing of invoices, vendor documentation, budget tracking, approvals, and follow-ups with relevant internal teams.
• Ensure clear organization across trackers, action logs, timelines, planning documents, and recurring reports.
• Keep crucial regional initiatives on track by maintaining visibility on owners, next steps, and deadlines.
• Over 6 years of experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or a similar position.
• Experience operating across multiple markets, ideally within Arabia, Africa, GCC, MENA, or other multi-country regional contexts.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with marketing performance data, dashboards, spreadsheets, and KPIs.
• Ability to convert data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns involving creative, content, performance, influencer, PR, product, or agency teams.
• Keen attention to detail and the capability to maintain accurate, reliable trackers, reports, and documentation.
• A proactive, hands-on approach; someone who takes initiative and is comfortable assuming responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
• Experience in sectors such as travel, telecom, e-commerce, mobile apps, marketplaces, fintech, or consumer digital products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, QuickSight, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus.
