This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Create and implement annual marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Identify key target markets (industrial, HVAC, OEM, distribution) and customize messaging accordingly.
• Assist sales efforts by launching campaigns that generate qualified leads and specifications.
• Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee and regularly update the company websites for both FCS and VPC.
• Enhance SEO performance and search rankings for essential products and services.
• Optimize user experience, content, and conversion pathways.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical content remains accurate and current.
• Develop and manage eCommerce platforms for the Velocity Pump & Controls product lines.
• Create and maintain online catalogs (pumps, parts, lubrication, etc.).
• Integrate pricing, inventory, and customer experience tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand online sales channels and streamline purchasing processes.
• Produce brochures, case studies, product literature, and technical sell sheets.
• Develop content that showcases company capabilities (pump systems, heat transfer, filtration, controls, etc.).
• Ensure consistent branding across both companies.
• Support trade shows, presentations, and materials for customer engagement.
• Manage LinkedIn and other relevant platforms with a focus on B2B engagement.
• Create targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Promote projects, case studies, and company milestones.
• Build brand recognition in key industries (automotive, steel, data centers, HVAC).
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop tools that facilitate closing business.
• Assist in preparing proposal presentation materials and customer-facing content.
• Help position FCS and VPC as engineering-focused solution providers.
• Support initiatives for the growth of OEM and distributor partnerships.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation metrics.
• Provide ongoing reports and recommendations for enhancement.
• Utilize data to refine marketing approaches and enhance overall effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
• Proficient in managing and updating websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Experience in developing or managing eCommerce platforms.
