Marketing Lead – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our AI customer service solution to Shopify store owners.

• Perform market analysis to discern key trends, conduct competitor assessments, and gather customer insights to enhance marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.

• Oversee the complete marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion, utilizing a range of channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events.

• Develop engaging and innovative marketing materials, including website content, landing pages, blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.

• Evaluate marketing performance metrics and KPIs, employing data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns for optimal ROI.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to consistently enhance and innovate marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• A proven track record of success in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or e-commerce sectors.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating persuasive messaging and marketing content.

• Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.

• An analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and lead generation tools.

• A creative thinker with a drive for innovation and achieving results.

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
