This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Create and implement a detailed marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and initiatives for market entry.
• Discover new marketing channels, campaigns, and avenues for growth.
• Set KPIs to evaluate marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
• Oversee email marketing, digital campaigns, and the distribution of content.
• Construct and optimize marketing funnels that align with sales goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with technology partners (such as Cisco, HPE Aruba, and cybersecurity vendors) on joint marketing initiatives.
• Develop and oversee co-marketing initiatives and programs driven by marketing development funds (MDF).
• Cultivate long-term marketing relationships and campaigns with partners.
• Ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned with vendor programs and incentives.
• Manage and enhance the company's social media presence across various platforms.
• Supervise updates to the website, SEO optimization, and content strategy.
• Create and manage diverse content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials such as presentations, graphics, and videos.
• Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and in-person engagements.
• Organize participation in trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
• Formulate promotional event strategies and manage their execution.
• Assist with sales-driven events and on-demand campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue targets.
• Support lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-up processes.
• Track and report on lead generation and contributions to the sales pipeline.
• Equip the sales team with marketing materials and insights from campaigns.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Propel execution while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology or IT services.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation.
• Proficient with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
• Experience managing social media and digital content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Preferred experience working with technology vendors and partner marketing programs.
• Familiarity with SLED (K–12, higher education, government) markets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and content creation tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, HTML, and website management.
• Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B environment.
