This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the complete marketing campaigns process—strategy, creative requests, execution, measurement, and refinement—to drive high-quality discovery calls for the Sales team.
• Manage a two-person team, collaborate with the Design department for social/video/reels/landing assets, and ensure thorough attribution and reporting through our in-house platform.
• Develop and oversee multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn outreach and ads, email funnels and nurturing, landing pages, partnerships).
• Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), offers, messaging frameworks, and test/experiment hypotheses.
• Initiate and supervise LinkedIn sequences and GoHighLevel automations.
• Keep organized UTMs, campaign taxonomy, and tracking systems.
• Guarantee smooth lead transitions into our internal app/CRM.
• Lead the creative brief process and establish SLAs with the Design team (social posts, reels, carousels, landing page components).
• Evaluate assets to ensure alignment with message-market fit, brand consistency, and compliance standards.
• Create comprehensive campaign proposals (objectives, target audience, offers, creative brief, budget).
• Generate regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing (hooks, offers, landing pages, sequences).
• Document insights and develop playbooks for ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Client Success to ensure proper transitions, data accuracy, and feedback mechanisms.
• Act as a communicator of successes, challenges, and insights.
• 3-6 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / performance marketing roles.
• Direct experience with managing LinkedIn outreach, email funnels, landing pages, and automation (GoHighLevel or similar tools).
• Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns and understanding attribution.
• Strong capabilities in brief-writing, creative assessment, and campaign workflows.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in handling data, dashboards, and UTM tracking.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to Have: Experience in Fintech/payments or SaaS; familiarity with compliance-sensitive marketing.
