This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing for the Americas to oversee the development and implementation of regional and local product campaigns in conjunction with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Partner with global marketing teams to adapt relevant campaigns aimed at driving user growth.
• Cultivate and expand strategic marketing partnerships, experiment with channels, refine audience messaging, and ensure budget accountability.
• Prioritize user experience: Analyze the user journey and enhance conversion rates through product requests, user education, and operational campaigns.
• Conceptualize, test, refine, and enhance growth through paid acquisition, retargeting, and product improvements across web and native app growth channels.
• Plan and execute online and select offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns targeting local audiences.
• Expand our user base and raise awareness of the Binance brand in enjoyable, creative, and informative ways.
• Monitor campaign progress and outcomes through data analysis and user feedback to ensure continuous improvement in effectiveness and user experience.
• Oversee new media partnerships from start to finish to drive measurable growth.
• Continuously explore new channels, creative ideas, and other strategies for experimentation, optimization, and user acquisition growth.
• Contribute to defining the Binance brand in the Latam region.
• Lead and manage the team.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with the humility, motivation, and resourcefulness to accomplish tasks.
• A strong interest and knowledge in the crypto, blockchain, or technology sectors is required.
• Ability to work independently is a must.
• A university degree related to Marketing is advantageous.
• Strong coordination abilities and a strategic approach to marketing.
• Familiarity with both online and offline marketing channels, including social media, community management, and event management.
• Demonstrated experience in growing and managing a user base.
