This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist in the creation of campaign launch strategies, timelines, checklists, and project management tools.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and responsibilities across various workstreams.
• Keep status reports, meeting agendas, notes, recap documents, and other essential project documentation updated.
• Oversee the intake, briefing, routing, review, approval, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Aid in creative quality assurance and ensure that assets align with relevant brand, technical, and channel standards.
• Manage localization processes, review cycles, and final asset dissemination.
• Collaborate with asset-management stakeholders to ensure digital files are accurate and well-organized.
• Promote effective communication among internal teams, external agencies, and other project collaborators.
• Monitor stakeholder feedback to guarantee that revisions and approvals are achieved on time.
• Create creative briefs, presentations, asset inventories, bills of materials, and campaign summaries.
• Assist with statements of work, purchase orders, invoicing, and other operational documents.
• Track inputs for campaign-level performance and maintain records of marketing requests.
• Document insights and lessons learned post-launch to facilitate ongoing process enhancements.
• Spot potential risks or obstacles early and notify the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide additional coordination and administrative assistance as needed to ensure smooth launches.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, creative production, project management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in tracking marketing project timelines, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of creative and marketing asset workflows, including briefing, routing, review, quality assurance, and approval processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in maintaining project trackers, status updates, meeting notes, and recap documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach.
• Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Capable of managing competing priorities and adapting to changing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to follow-through and readiness to take responsibility for everyday coordination tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet and tracking applications.
