Marketing Intern – Summer 2026

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Prepare resumes and project descriptions in Adobe InDesign to meet firm standards.

• Edit professional headshots and images using Adobe Photoshop.

• Input and update project, resume, and client information in Deltek Vantagepoint.

• Organize and manage marketing assets and files across Teams, OpenAsset, and Box.

• Provide support for basic graphics, presentations, and marketing and communications materials.

• Collaborate with marketing team members and participate in team meetings.

• Assist with various projects and tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, English, or a related field.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Familiarity with MS365 Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and accept direction and feedback.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured, team-focused environment.

• Physical requirements: Primarily a sedentary role, with some bending, stooping, and lifting needed. Must be able to visually interpret written material, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone, and use a computer.
