Marketing Intern, Chinese Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Acquire practical experience in digital marketing within an HR Ed-Tech organization.

• Play a vital role in our Marketing team, assisting in the development and execution of strategies aimed at reaching and engaging Chinese-speaking audiences, especially in mainland China.

• Actively contribute to the increase of qualified applications, boost website traffic, and drive revenue generation.

• Function as a creative content creator, producing engaging and culturally relevant website copy and social media content that appeals to potential applicants.

• Employ an analytical approach, consistently assessing the performance of your content to enhance engagement and reach.

• Aid in the cultivation and management of relationships with educational agencies throughout mainland China, supporting outreach efforts and fostering strong partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written); fluency in Cantonese is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient English language skills (both spoken and written).

• Exceptional writing abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Chinese social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin.

• High levels of creativity with the capacity to produce high-quality, engaging, and inspiring content.

• Comfortable in front of a camera and familiar with filming trends.

• Basic understanding of content management systems (such as Hubspot) and data tracking tools (like Google Analytics) is beneficial but not required.

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or content creation is advantageous but not essential.
