Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identifying relevant publications, listicles, and comparison articles for Yuno's inclusion, reaching out to editors and writers to request updates, inclusion, or corrections.

• Reviewing existing third-party coverage for outdated or inaccurate information regarding Yuno and highlighting necessary fixes.

• Monitoring outreach within a structured pipeline and assisting in measuring the changes in Yuno's visibility over time.

• Sourcing and ordering branded promotional items for events, managing vendors, timelines, and budgets effectively.

• Coordinating on-site materials such as collateral, signage, and booth assets, ensuring timely delivery to the required locations.

• Offering logistical support before and after events, including shipping, inventory management, and supplier follow-ups.

• Keeping event briefs, trackers, and documentation organized across the US and EMEA event calendar.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines across various time zones.

• Proactive and resourceful, comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with the functioning of AI search and LLM-based discovery.

• Willingness to accommodate occasional shifts in working hours to facilitate event coordination across different time zones.
