Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Research and identify opportunities: Discover high-quality websites, blogs, and publications suitable for link building. You possess the skills to locate and assess what is worthwhile to pursue.

• Execute outreach campaigns: Implement email and social outreach strategies to secure backlinks and guest posting opportunities. Manage the entire process, from initial contact to final confirmation.

• Foster relationships: Cultivate connections with bloggers, journalists, and content creators within relevant niches.

• Stay updated on SEO & LLMs: Continuously learn and apply knowledge regarding SEO principles and LLM optimization techniques.

• Collaborate with teams: Partner with our marketing and content teams to ensure outreach activities align with broader marketing objectives.

• Track all efforts: Keep organized records of outreach initiatives, responses, and acquired links in tracking spreadsheets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Genuine interest in outreach/SEO: You are comfortable with detail-oriented, repetitive tasks and motivated by the pursuit of ideal opportunities.

• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong self-organization: Capable of managing multiple active conversations, tracking progress across various threads, and meeting deadlines independently.

• Familiarity with AI tools: You regularly use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools for research and content creation.

• Skilled at online research: You know how to find information and contacts online through LinkedIn, social media, and direct channels, and you persist beyond initial obstacles.

• Comfortable with basic IT tools: Proficient in Google Suite and project management tools.
