Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the editorial calendar and publish articles across the blog and various social media platforms.

• Edit videos and design graphics and multimedia for product launches, tutorials, and social media initiatives.

• Organize logistics for conferences, meetups, and webinars, including arrangements for bookings, materials, shipping, schedules, and post-event follow-up.

• Assist in marketing and recruiting efforts by refining and staging emails, creating landing pages, and researching target accounts and candidates.

• Manage the swag program by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and distributing merchandise to community members, customers, and events.

• Engage with the social media and open-source communities, highlighting discussions worth participating in.

• Analyze content and campaign performance, sharing insights on successful strategies.

• Leverage AI tools to draft, research, edit, automate, and innovate new workflows for the marketing team.

• Regularly uses AI tools and is enthusiastic about developing new workflows with them.

• Possesses strong writing skills and can effectively edit their own content.

• Maintains organization across calendars, shipments, deadlines, and email communications.

• Has some marketing experience, whether through coursework, a previous internship, involvement in a student organization, or personal projects.

• Located within US time zones.

• Available to work 15–25 hours per week.

• Proficiency in video editing and media creation is highly advantageous.

• A resume along with one work sample is required for application.
