This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +19 more states.
β’ Creative direction and social copy across genuine client channels.
β’ Skills to interpret and respond to social performance data, identifying platform and format trends that are valuable for testing.
β’ Tactical execution of advertising and marketing across social media, email, and paid channels.
β’ Management of reporting processes and understanding their significance in client relationships.
β’ Ability to maintain organization and dependability in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
β’ Insight into how creative projects transition from concept to completion, and the qualities companies seek when hiring and training new marketing professionals.
β’ A blend of quantitative tasks (reporting, Google Sheets, HubSpot) and qualitative tasks (inter-department communication, brand voice) that are applicable to nearly any marketing position.
β’ High school diploma or its equivalent.
β’ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
β’ Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the fall, winter, and spring semesters, as well as the summer.
β’ Capacity to work in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
β’ Enthusiasm for working in a digital marketing agency.
β’ Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
β’ Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, KS, KY, MA, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, OH, PA, RI, SC, TX, UT, or WA.
