Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assisting in marketing campaigns by conducting thorough market and account research

• Performing lead research utilizing third-party platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)

• Collecting and organizing data from provided prospect and account lists

• Aiding in database cleanup, enrichment, and reporting tasks

• Modifying existing content and creating new content for campaigns

• Supporting digital marketing efforts and executing campaigns

• Helping in the planning and implementation of onsite marketing events as necessary

• Collaborating with marketing managers to comprehend how specific tasks align with broader campaign objectives

• Learning & Development Opportunities: The Marketing Intern will gain insights into the essentials of marketing by assisting with real-world campaigns and projects. Under the mentorship of senior marketing leaders, the intern will discover how market research, data mining, content creation, and digital marketing converge to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• A strong passion for marketing, research, and campaign execution

• Capability to analyze data and translate research into actionable insights

• Excellent written communication and content creation abilities

• Proficient in handling data, lists, and databases

• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or marketing tools is advantageous

• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting

• Availability and willingness to assist with onsite events in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara as required

• Curiosity, creativity, and a strong desire to learn
