This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research and analyze clinical trial markets, industry trends, sponsor pipelines, CRO activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Identify key markets, target accounts, and commercial growth prospects across Oximio's global operations.
• Develop account profiles, opportunity briefs, and market intelligence reports to assist Business Development efforts.
• Monitor competitor actions, market positioning, and industry advancements to enhance Oximio's commercial strategy.
• Provide support to Business Development teams through customer research, strategic account planning, and pre-meeting intelligence.
• Create commercial enablement materials, including market summaries, competitor profiles, country insights, and presentation content.
• Analyze CRM and pipeline data to uncover trends, inactive accounts, cross-selling opportunities, and areas for business expansion.
• Assist in conference planning by identifying target companies, attendees, and business opportunities while delivering post-event commercial analysis.
• Contribute to thought leadership content, market insights, and commercial messaging that enhance Oximio's market standing.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with the capacity to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in market research, commercial analysis, business intelligence, or sales enablement.
• Familiarity with Business Development processes and account planning.
• Experience with CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research, or healthcare logistics is advantageous.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
