This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the marketing strategy for seven key industry verticals, encompassing market sizing, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
• Perform continuous market research to uncover trends, buyer personas, pain points, and competitive dynamics within targeted industries.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to ensure marketing priorities are in sync with the product roadmap and revenue objectives.
• Create annual and quarterly industry marketing plans that include clear goals, KPIs, and budget allocations.
• Generate and manage the production of industry-specific content such as white papers, case studies, solution briefs, webinars, blog posts, and executive presentations.
• Develop persuasive value propositions and messaging frameworks customized for each vertical and stage of the buyer journey.
• Establish and manage relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and media to enhance brand visibility.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and roundtable discussions.
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and paid channels to create a qualified pipeline within target verticals.
• Work alongside the Demand Generation team to enhance campaign performance, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Sales team to create account-based marketing (ABM) programs aimed at high-value accounts.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI and pipeline influence metrics.
• Act as the marketing center of excellence for assigned verticals, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on market dynamics and buyer behavior.
• Coordinate closely with Product Marketing, Growth, PR, and Events teams to ensure cohesive and integrated messaging.
• Manage relationships with agency partners, freelancers, and vendors supporting industry marketing efforts.
• 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Automation sector, with a robust technical, commercial, and marketing background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on product, industry, vertical, or segment marketing.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong background in content marketing with the ability to translate complex subjects into clear, engaging narratives that motivate action.
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., D365 CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at the executive level.
• Proven strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to craft plans aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Strong customer orientation with a comprehensive understanding of buyer needs and the ability to create programs that provide value.
• Data-driven approach, utilizing metrics and insights to inform decisions and enhance performance.
• Established ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Outstanding storytelling abilities, with the skill to create clear, distinct messaging tailored to various industries and buyer stages.
• Results-driven with a strong inclination for action; capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, iterating swiftly, and achieving measurable results.
• Preferred: Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker) to aid in performance tracking and insights-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in building and nurturing relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and external partners to boost market presence and credibility.
