This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of marketing initiatives that encourage customers to utilize more of our platform.
• Spearhead lifecycle marketing efforts aimed at enhancing customer health, retention, growth, and re-engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team, Account Managers, and our Go-to-Market Engineering (GTME) group.
• Enhance Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and minimize avoidable churn.
• Develop a consistent flow of expansion prospects within our current customer base.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies targeted at developer-centric audiences.
• A data-driven mindset for segmentation, timing, and performance analysis.
• Practical experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent cross-functional teamwork skills with Customer Success and Sales departments.
